Ski Rental Sölden - Flagship Store

During a bike trip through Tirol I stayed one night in Sölden. I got there with a non-functional rear brake (cable had a rip and was leaking). This shop was suggested to me by my hotel staff, so I got there first thing in the morning. The mechanic took me in even before opening time, nade sure he had the material, and was done before the agreed time! I could start at 10am and was super happy. Thank you!!!

Goods in store are good, but if you are going to receive tax return you should be careful with this store. During selling process salesman cut tags from goods and didn’t return it to me. On the border TAX officer ask to provide goods with tags and when didn’t find it reject TAX return. Officer explained that tags shouldn’t be cut from goods. I think that store staff know it but doing. For my request to the store I just receive verbal apologies.

Thank you very much for your help. In this store, the guys from the service immediately helped me with a damaged crank on my bike, advised me, and sold me a new one, which they replaced for free. I searched all over the city and no one had this assortment; in one store that did, they wanted over 30 euros more for the same! Thanks again. You saved my vacation! My daughter and I always suffer from painfun ankle lumps when skiing. My daughter also quickly suffers from very painful shints. We bought new shoes at Sport Bruggen in Sölden. We were advised by Ingo. What a great boot fitter he is! He made sure the inner shoes fitted very well. After a day of skiing we felt a few little aches and Ingo did some extra boot fitting. The result: painless and very happy skiing!!! Thank you very much, Ingo!
