At its core is OMFit: a heat-mouldable cork composite that conforms to the shape of your foot and can be adjusted as needed to fine-tune the fit. How does ZipFit work?

Your ZipFit inner boots are customised directly in our bootfitting workshop. Using specialised equipment, we carefully heat the liners and prepare your feet with pads at sensitive spots to prevent pressure points during the fitting process.

The OMFit cork composite adapts to the shape of your foot and the ski boot shell. It distributes itself within the designated pockets, filling voids—especially around the heel and ankle areas. If necessary, we add extra cork material or remove excess to precisely adjust support and fit.

For an optimal fit, customised insoles or moulded footbeds are essential. They stabilise the foot and, together with the adapted ZipFit liner, provide the foundation for precise heel hold, direct power transfer, and lasting comfort.
