Using a 3D scanner and pressure measurement plates, we record the length, width, arch of the foot, pressure distribution and anatomical features. This enables us to identify potential problem areas even before selecting a model.
A custom-moulded insole stabilises the foot, supports the arch and improves power transfer. At the same time, it can help reduce incorrect weight distribution and fatigue.
Thermoformable or foam-lined inner boots and targeted adjustments to the shell create space where it’s needed – without compromising on support or precision.

If you buy your ski boots from Sport Brugger, a professional basic fitting is included in the purchase price. For ski boots purchased elsewhere, you will be charged for the actual cost of the analysis and fitting.
In many cases, yes. Whether adjustments can be made – and, if so, which ones – depends on the model, the material, the condition and the specific problem area.
The duration depends on the scope of the work. A consultation including an assessment takes considerably less time than a full customisation involving an insole, inner boot and shell modification, but usually lasts around 45 minutes.
