We were very poorly received by an employee named Mario, who was extremely unpleasant, aggressive, and even rude. From the very first seconds, he spoke to us in a very dry and aggressive manner, even though we arrived with a smile, holding our online reservation from alpy.com, excited to start a holiday we had been looking forward to for a long time. He spoke to us like we were children, constantly sighing, clearly annoyed every time he had to interact, using very few words and not even forming proper sentences. He also spoke very badly to all customers who did not speak German, with a condescending and disrespectful attitude. I had paid €20 on the alpy.com booking website for 4 days of rental in order to have a locker. However, he tried to mislead me by claiming that this payment only covered storing the skis in the back room (which is actually free), and that the locker was an extra, without ever stating the price. Fortunately, another employee witnessed the situation and was clearly embarrassed by her colleague’s behavior, which seemed like an attempt to charge us more unfairly. She stepped in, resolved the situation, and gave us the locker we had paid for. I also explained that I had rented from this shop two years ago without any issues, and asked whether their internal rules had changed. She confirmed that they had not, and seemed unable to justify her colleague’s behavior. On the other hand, the employee located at the entrance of the shop on the ground floor, wearing glasses, who handled our ski passes, was very professional, always smiling and greeting us kindly every day. Overall this experience was very disappointing. We will never come back!!!

Excellent, professional and friendly service. I was looking to buy new skis and was served by Sebastian who gave great advice. After testing the Salomon E Addikt Pro 66, which Sebastian recommended I bought them as a game changer. Would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or rent to come to Sport Brugger
