The ski boot fitting is included in the purchase price of all ski boots if you buy your ski boots in one of our shops. If you bought the ski boots in a sports shop other than Sport Brugger, we will charge you for the corresponding costs of analyzing and adjusting the ski boots.

The precise adjustment to the individual foot shape avoids pressure points and pain that often arise from poorly fitting standard boots. Custom-made ski boots also guarantee better power transmission, which increases control and safety when skiing.
The first step in making custom ski boots is a detailed foot analysis. This includes measuring the length, width and height of the foot as well as analyzing the shape of the foot, arch and any pressure points.
We use modern technologies such as scanners and pressure plates to create a detailed profile of the foot.
Based on the data from the foot analysis, a model of the foot is built by our bootfitting experts.
This model serves as the basis for shaping the ski boot and enables the shell and inner boot to be precisely adjusted to the individual needs of the skier.
The shell of the ski boot is shaped specifically for the skier's foot. In custom production, the shell is made from a blank that is then heated and mechanically adjusted to fit the exact model of the foot.
This ensures a perfect fit and maximum support.
The inner shoe, which directly surrounds the foot, is also made to measure. Foamed inner shoes and thermoformable materials allow a shape that adapts precisely to the contours of the foot.
The inner shoe can also be equipped with special inserts and reinforcements to meet individual requirements.
After the basic fitting, further fine-tuning is done to optimize the fit. This includes adjusting buckles, booster band and canting, as well as adjusting the flex of the ski boot. Custom insoles or footbeds can be added to provide additional comfort and support.
Professional measuring of the foot is used as the basis for individual advice and customised shoe recommendations.
