The collectively agreed minimum wage is EUR 700.00 gross in the first year of the apprenticeship, EUR 900.00 gross in the second year of the apprenticeship and EUR 1,150.00 in the third year of the apprenticeship (38.5 hours/week). In addition, we offer surcharges and bonuses for above-average performance in the company or vocational school.
