The Bike Republic Sölden

Riders Rule! That is the motto of the Bike Republic Sölden. The Bike Republic is not a bike park in the usual sense, but a mountain bike area that also wants to create a bike culture in which everyone feels comfortable. It doesn't matter whether you're an absolute pro on an enduro bike or a beginner in the scene.

Do you prefer perfectly shaped flow trails or are ancient paths with roots and stones more your thing? It doesn't matter, because your new bike home offers you both, fantastic single trails with glacier views and never-ending flow on our famous lines. It all started with the Teare Line, today there are 9 lines that are perfectly integrated into nature and offer the finest flow experiences and 15 natural trails that inspire with their alpine flair.

Everything about the Bike Republic

  • There are 9 shaped lines with a total length of 32 km.
  • 15 natural trails offer the finest single trail fun over a distance of 28 km.
  • For enduro bikers there are 13 routes that have been prepared and require a complete rider.
  • If you prefer to climb the mountain yourself, you can choose from 14 tours with a total of 214 km.
  • 2 gondola lifts and 1 chair lift take you up to 2,666 meters above sea level.
  • In the valley there are 2 pump tracks for practice and technique training.
  • 12 bike washing systems help you to keep your bikes clean.
  • 30 alpine huts are waiting in the Bike Republic to strengthen you for the next descent.
  • The trails are maintained by a total of 23 trail builders.
  • The longest descent covers 12 km and 1,300 meters in altitude.
  • And there are always new trails to come.....

Why the Bike Republic Sölden is so unique

The people of Ötztal are strong in character, sometimes a bit stubborn and go their own way. For this reason, all of our trails, whether natural trail or line, have their own Ötztal name. The Teäre Line expresses this best, because "teäre" in the Ötztal dialect means idiosyncratic, stubborn, simply going your own way. The new Gahe Line hints at how to have the most fun on it, because "gahe" means brisk, fast. And the Zaahe Line also lives up to its name, because it's really tough and not easy to get down. But don't worry, with the right equipment you can conquer them too and of course you can get the rental bikes from us.

Santa Cruz rental and bike maintenance in the Bike Republic

Even the best bikes sometimes reach their limits on the demanding routes of the Bike Republic Sölden and need a good mechanic or maybe even some spare parts. The team in our bike workshop will take care of a quick and uncomplicated service for your mountain bike. If you feel like trying out an unusual bike or don't want to take your own bike with you at all, you can also rent and test the latest Santa Cruz bikes at Sport Brugger in Sölden.
